Hey, you missed the best quote from "Mindset", at p.174 my edition in the chapter "parents, teachers,...""Several years ago, my husband and I spent 2 weeks in Provence, in the south of France. Everyone was wonderful to us - very kind and very generous. But on the last day, we drove to Italy for lunch. When we got there and found a little family restaurant, tears started streaming down my face. I felt so nurtured. I said to David: "You know, in France, when they are nice to you, you feel like you've passed a test. But in Italy, there is no test."YEEEAAAAHHHHHH!!!GO ITALY!!! :)
I'll visit Italy in a few month with my son (who will then be 11). He wants to see Pompeï. We'll visit lots of Italian restaurants too but we will try not to have tears streaming down our faces. So thank you for the warning.:)
Coert,Thanks for posting this. I actually typed up those quotes to use for inspiration.BTW how come you stopped posting your blog links on Google Buzz? That's how I followed you so closely for the past few months until recently.
Hi Rodney, thanks! I don't know about google buzz. Maybe because I changed my main twitter name?
